Power Bands are exceptional mobility/resistance tools. They aid in bodyweight exercises and stretching and mobility exercises (pre/post-workout). Each color-coded Power Band has a different width, which offers varying degrees of resistance or assistance.
The varying width of each power band determines the resistance/assistance.

• Yellow 0.7cm  - Resistance from 10 LB - 25 LB 
• Green 1.3cm - Resistance from 15 LB - 35 LB 
• Blue 2.1 cm - Resistance from 25 LB - 60 LB 
• Green 2.9 cm - Resistance from 30 LB - 70 LB 
• Black 3.2 cm - Resistance from  40  LB - 80 LB 
• Red 4.5 cm - Resistance from 55 LB - 125 LB
